Η λίστα ενός "τρελαμένου" σινεφίλ, που παρουσιάζει τις πιο αγαπημένες ταινίες από το 1894 μέχρι σήμερα

Καθώς το 2014 συμπληρώνονται 120 χρόνια από τη γέννηση του κινηματογράφου, ένας πραγματικά τρελαμένος κινηματογραφόφιλος, που θα μπορούσε κανείς να τον χαρακτηρίσει και "movies nerd", έκατσε και υπολόγισε τις πιο αγαπημένες ταινίες των απανταχού κινηματογραφόφιλων, όπως αποτυπώνονται οι απόψεις τους στη γνωστή σελίδα imdb.com. Πώς έκανε αυτό το τιτάνιο έργο; Ξεχώρισε ανά έτος όσες ταινίες είχαν βαθμολογηθεί με τα περισσότερα 9 και 10 και έκανε τη σούμα. Περιττό φυσικά ν' αναφέρουμε ότι σχεδόν όλες οι ταινίες είναι αμερικανικές παραγωγές, ενώ στις πιο πρόσφατες αγαπημένες ταινίες, κυριαρχούν τα μπλοκμπάστερ (π.χ. μπαίνουν στη λίστα και οι τρεις ταινίες του "Άρχοντα των Δαχτυλιδιών"!). Βέβαια, στο κάτω-κάτω, η λίστα αυτή περιλαμβάνει τις ταινίες που αγαπούμε - ή έστω αγαπούν οι χρήστες του σάιτ - περισσότερο, χωρίς να υποκρίνεται κάτι περισσότερο από αυτό.
